Do you take insurance?

We are out-of-network providers, which means we do not take insurance. Payment is due at the time of services rendered. Upon request, we may provide you with a Superbill for out-of-network services for you to provide to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or coverage towards your deductible. Please contact your insurance provider for more information about your mental health benefits for out-of-network providers.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. If you are interested in abbreviated or intensive sessions, please reach out to learn about additional options.

What is your rate?

At Embodied Pathways, our clinicians offer free 15 minute phone consultations to see if it feels like a good fit. From there, if you are interested in scheduling an initial intake appointment and subsequent sessions, you may coordinate with your selected therapist. Our clinicians’ rates range from $135-$150 per 50 minute session.

What is your cancellation policy?

We maintain a a 24-hour cancellation policy to protect the clinician’s time and ensure that we can meet the needs of all clients.

If something comes up within that 24-hour window due to illness or weather, we are always happy to shift your in-person appointment to Telehealth or phone at no additional late-notice fee. If you do need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will still apply.
